Arriving for your session

You’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The entrance is to the left hand side of the building. Press the buzzer and one of the reception team will let you in.

Getting here by car

Reaching the therapy room from Sheffield city centre takes around 10 minutes.


Parking: You’ll find on-street parking on Kenwood road and Sharrow Lane. There are also affordable pay-and-display options close by.

There is also one disabled parking space at the building

By public transport

Several buses run close to Sharrow Lane from Sheffield City Centre making it easy to reach the therapy room without a car.


The 218 stops at Psalter Lane / Kenwood Bank, a 2 minute walk.

The 56 stops at Wostenholm Road / Sharrow Lane, a 10 minute walk.

Additional buses stop on Ecclesall Road and Abbeydale Road, each a 10–15 minute walk from the practice.
