What to expect from sessions
Your first session
Your first session is a relaxed Solution Focused conversation . We'll talk about what you'd like to get out of therapy and there’s plenty of time for questions. I’ll also share some science-backed insights into how your brain works. You’ll learn how this affects things like anxiety, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll leave the session with a tailored treatment plan, feeling ready and confident to begin your journey.
Ongoing sessions
Each follow-up session lasts 50 minutes and includes a short, practical conversation focused on your goals and what’s been going well followed by a calming trance.
Free sleep track
You’ll also receive a free sleep track to help you drift off and improve your sleep between sessions
Milestone discount
To acknowledge your ongoing progress, I offer a milestone discount on your 3rd, 6th or 12th session.
Online sessions
Online hypnotherapy sessions work just as effectively as in-person. All you need is a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed and a good internet connection. Headphones help with focus too. You can relax from home while we work together over Zoom.

In-person sessions take place from my cosy therapy studio at The Therapy Works in Sharrow, Sheffield.

How many sessions will I need?
Every session is tailored to you. Some people notice positive changes quite quickly, while for others, progress builds gradually over time.
On average, most clients benefit from between 6 and 12 sessions (with the exception of stopping smoking sessions, which is one session).
The pace of change can vary depending on things like your goals, commitment to therapy and what’s going on in your day-to-day life. There’s no one-size-fits-all, we work at a pace that’s right for you.
Fees
Get started for between:
£40 - £80 per session
The number of sessions required will depend on your personal goals.
