How Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can improve sleep naturally

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines positive talking therapy with hypnosis. The focus is on your strengths, resources, and the changes you want to make, such as feeling more focused and energised.

Heightened activity in the nervous system is a common factor in poor sleep. When the brain is stuck in ‘alert mode’, it’s harder to switch off mental chatter. Hypnosis guides the brain into a deeply relaxed state and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, your “rest and digest” response.

In this calmer state, the brain can process stress more effectively. You are also more receptive to the positive suggestions I give you during the session, helping to support healthier sleep patterns over time.
