Deposits & Payments

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the session.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be refunded or transferred to a future session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained.

  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. Full session fees still apply.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Information shared will only be disclosed if required by law or if there are concerns about your safety or the safety of others.

Results & Expectations

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy. While many clients experience positive changes, results cannot be guaranteed. Each person’s experience and progress are unique.
