Listening to this track is an essential part of the process - it helps your brain begin to relax, reduce stress, and prepare for change before we even meet.

Step 2the session (2 hours)

Your session is split into two parts:

Part 1 – understanding your mind and the habit

We’ll begin with a relaxed conversation where I gather a few details about you and explain how your brain creates, and can just as easily unlearn, the smoking habit. You’ll discover what’s really driving the urge to smoke, the risks involved and how hypnotherapy helps you take back control.

Part 2 – the hypnosis session

Next, you’ll experience a calm, focused state of hypnosis. You’ll remain aware and in control throughout, but deeply relaxed.

During this time, we’ll work with your subconscious mind to dissolve the desire for cigarettes or vapes and reinforce your identity as a confident, calm non-smoker - free from cravings or stress.
